The Premium Seafoods Group's snow crab facility in Petit de Grat, Nova Scotia, operates during the snow crab season and employs approximately 90 employees. Live whole Atlantic Snow Crab is butchered, cleaned, cooked, and frozen in a super-chilled salt brine solution within 60 minutes of arrival at the plant. The finished crab, packed in the "Signature Pack" layout, undergoes rigorous quality control measures, including in-house lab testing before shipping worldwide.
